Also you can find me on facebook

Thank you. That one is just fiber glass. But the ones we sell are made from a high impact resistant polyurethane.

O_O *jawdrop while shitting bricks the size of volvo's in awe*
that is SO kickass. I've been thinking of making armor of fibre inforced resin and you've just shown me how to solve one of my biggest headaches. BENDING KNEES MADE AWESOME.
Truely very inspiring, thank you for sharing this with us. (though maybe you should have painted the eyesockets black in stead of metallic, just a suggestion though)

Thank you very much. I didnt know if this was going to work but it turned out better than I had hoped. The only slight issue is that it is impossible to kneel down because of the bit that sticks down on the bottom jaw. So that is going to be moddified.

Thanks again. High praise indeed

Yep going to remove the pointy bit. I like the idea of people kneeling before me though :)

yess, they must all kneel before the masters.
So this rough casting, do you use silicon molds, or completely made of plaster?

Just plaster as I only intend to use that mould once it would be a waist of money to use anything else.

why not use a plastic you can remelt in an oven? seems like plaster can't be used twice

I dont like using plaster works well when moulding off of clay, and hot melt plastic moulding material is nasty stuff. I have see someone get 3rd degree burns on there arms, chest and face from that stuff.

This is so cool and imaginative! You are my hero! So awesome the way the mouth opens with the bend of the knee!
